Attorneys, Referral Advocates and Trust Account Advocates, who are admitted as such in the High Court of South Africa, and enrolled by the Practice Legal Council, in terms of the Legal Practice act 28 of 2014 (“LPA”), are collectively referred to as “legal practitioners”.
